'Front desk staff wasn’t super friendly. Main complaint was the outside noise and we were on one of the top floors. We had no idea downtown noise would be as bad as it was. Very pretty hotel and great location but won’t stay here again.'

'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'
