'The resort is lovely although a little remote, we felt for a weeks trip we really had to hire a car. Some things promoted do not exist, such as hiking trails around the resort or biking- there are no bikes available. None of the pools are heated, so in October they are cold and very few people ventured in. The ninja course was excellent, but very little for teenagers to do apart from this. We booked the padel court, but that is one booking a day and has to be done from reception. Fitness classes...

'1 minpuntje .
Verder alles top.'

'This hotel far exceeded our expectations and was perfect in every way. Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, beach or heated pool and wonderful food. Good for families as well with a kids pool and buffet that provides items for the younger guests. Will definitely return the next time we come to Crete!'

'Prima hotel, maar niet bijzonder. Erg groot en massaal. De eetzaal was enorm groot en ongezellig. De kamers klein met kleine bedden.'

'Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooi locatie. Restaurants prima en helemaal Mirabello restaurant. Zeer gastvrije mensen.

'The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms itself also good. The bathroom is small. the sea is good (not the best in Crete but good enough) you have sunbeds and drinks and snacks available there.
The food options are limited but tasty, wouldn't be the best food you eat in Greece but still good. Don't wait for aisles of food. The Asian restaurant is seriously bad. We couldn't try the Greek one (Meze) because it was fully booked. That seems like a big issue at the hotel.
The staff is very helpful and...

'Hotel area and rooms were nice. You could see that it has been a top top hotel but now some stuff has crusted a bit. Staff in the reception was really kind, in some other areas not so helpful. Food in the breakfast and some restaurants wasn't in the level of luxury hotel, actually some restaurants it was catastrophic.'
