Kan begrijpen dat je niet voor een paar hotelgasten alles open kunt gooien, echter hadden ze dit best mogen vermelden op hun website en tevens hierin tegemoet te komen om zodoende ook de prijzen te verlagen voor deze periode. Vind het persoonlijk niet fair om wel het volle pond te vragen maar niet (vanuit het hotel) het volle pond te...

'The resort itself is more like a 4 star hotel, rather than a 5 star. The gym, the indoor pool and the sauna outside the gym could use an upgrade. Keep in mind that the village Elounda is about 2km away from the resort - which was a nice walk in April, when I stayed at the resort, but in June/July this could be a problem. Highlights: the personnel is very well trained, professional but friendly, too. Everyone was helpful and efficient, from the spa team, to the reception, to the room service....

Truly an extraordinary stay in every way. Kelari Restaurant is delicious and unique, and we had two amazing dinners there with exceptional service and lovely Cretan wine. 'Ons verblijf was OK. Ook niet meer dan dat. Check in was vriendelijk en vlot. Helaas kamer nog niet klaar half uur voor check in tijd, maar dat is opgelost met een welkomstdrankje. Het hotel is netjes, maar kaal en kil. De kamer is netjes, maar erg basic. Het bed is wel erg zacht, maar dat bleek ook redelijk versleten. De TV is best verouderd. Internet heeft een aantal pogingen nodig om in te loggen. Dit hotel is echt geen 5 sterren waard. Prima 3 sterren hotel!'
