'Is the Marriott brand team aware that there is a Chinese company operating a facility with the Sheraton name on this property? I sincerely doubt so. Apart from the name, the uniforms and the soap dispenser in the room there is absolutely nothing at this hotel that even remotely resembles as Sheraton. 'On check out just 1 person at the counter during rush hour (8:30 AM). When I got home I discovered that they put the wrong invoice in an envelope. I need the invoice for my business administration. Already called to the hotel 3 times and emailed them twice, but it’s still not solved. Besides, at dinner 3 items on the menu not available and the breakfast card was not collected at night. To get my breakfast in the room I had to explain the issue to 6 different people. '

'I stayed alone but next to my colleague’s room, at Classic Room which is spacious and comfortable. We had been served well throughout the arrival until departure. 'The advertising blurb stated that the staff spoke English. They didn't. We managed to communicate via translator apps. Every day of my stay, the staff informed me that I owed them money for my room.
