Property was good, but not without issues. Beautiful beaches, a great July 4th fireworks show, nice pools, and delicious restaurants.
We paid for breakfast-included rooms. Breakfast was very basic, tasted decent, but didn’t change once over 4 days. We could have gotten a much better breakfast elsewhere.
The pools could also be cleaner. On Day 2 I found a lump of hair in the outdoor pool. I removed it and left it...

'Our stay was great the only issue was the entry gate process. Several of us had to wait until a guard arrived to open to gate. And the parking garage was very low, when I opened the trunk door on my van, my wiper got scratched.'

'The good: Friendly and helpful people to speak with when we needed help. Nice location just steps from baytowne warf. plenty of room for our group. Close to so many shops and activities. Great wrap around porch. close to pool
