'staffs there are excellent. food also very good. just I saw very black one(mold) under the shower in the bathroom, also saw dirty in the drain.except the bathroom, it was excellent.'

One complaint , in winter time the air conditioner cannot catch the temperature you set, the room is a bit hot. If you are doing the choice between Sheraton and Marriott. Go for this one. I try both. '部屋の照明やカーテンのスイッチが壊れていて押しても反応が悪かった。エレベーターの部屋カードを読み取る機械が反応せず、自分の部屋の階を通り過ぎてしまった。　電気系の不具合が多い印象だった。'

'The staff is pathetic doesn’t know how to speak in English not even a single person speak english in this hotel. And the room is stinky dirty and the shocking part is AC was not working in any room i changed 2 and they say to open the window if you are feeling hot. This is not a hotel this is a PG house. Strange never recommend any one who are coming for leisure and business and ruin there vacation.'
