'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'At first look it was awesome. However taking a deeper look it becomes terrible. First check in is at 4pm and they close the pool at 6pm. Second the tv did not work making it where you had to order movies if you wanted tv. Then after everything when you sign for the 100 deposit if you do not scroll up you do not see they charge 16.50 per day out of your deposit for maintaining of their building. All this made for the experience to be not so much fun and overall a let down. They could do better...

'This was an average property. It was in close proximity to The Dome, which was the purpose of our stay. As a frequent traveler, I felt the price and fees for one night, were high. Also, I received an additional charge after our stay, late in the evening, which was not reflected on our statement.
