'We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Our room was not cleaned at any point during our stay. The cleaning staff stopped one door before ours on day two. I called the front desk and they said the cleaning staff was extremely busy and they would add us to the list for the evening and send someone up, yet no one ever showed.
