'Very good service, this hotel is 2 min away from the Rinku town train station with a partial covered walkway. The rooms are Japanese standard, so quite small but enough for a solo traveller. The breakfast was good, although a few more western options would have been appreciated. They have a free shuttle bus to the airport (check the schedules!) and a convenience store located within the premises. 'Great views on Kobe port tower and the mountains. Beautiful hotel but do not expect to check-in earlier than 3pm. They are very strict and will not let you go to your room before the official check-in time even though there were some rooms ready. Also you need to store the luggage yourself without any help from the staff in their baggage room. Location and surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and breakfast buffet is extensive'

Right next door to Harborland malls for shopping and food. Ten minutes walk to JR and local lines.

Our stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Kobe had both positives and negatives.
Positives:
• Check-in went smoothly and the reception staff were very nice.
• The room was very spacious and included a massage chair.
• The location was excellent, right in the center and just a few minutes’ walk to the station.
• The bed, bathroom, and toilet were clean.
Negatives:
• Unfortunately, we were given a smoking room despite having two small children. It was not possible to change rooms.
