'Spacious rooms. Attentive and helpful staff. Located near multiple metro (and bus) stations, so it is easy to travel.
Lots of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.
The hotel is located near a very busy intersection, but I heard very little noise from inside the room.
Some of the other guests were quite rude, but cannot blame the hotel for that.'

'Friendly hotel personnel. Hotel has good looks. Small room but that is very common in these cities. Bathroom could be better. You wouldn't expect this from a 4 star hotel.
Analoge Television and sometime the display stutters.
Location is near Ximending and has a lot to see / shop / eat. But a bit far walking from Ximen Metro Station.'
