'Great food and service staff, but the beach and front desk ruined it.
The Bad:
• The Beach: Completely unclean and looked nothing like the photos. We couldn't swim at all.
• Front Desk: Unprofessional. They deliberately give you a bad room to pressure you into a paid upgrade.
• The Pool: Just okay, but definitely needed better cleaning.
The Good:
• The Staff: Aside from the front desk, everyone else (room service, restaurant, and coffee shop teams) was polite, helpful, and very nice.

'We were there 2 years ago, and the property did meet the standards from last time. It was not maintained as well. The hotel was largely unoccupied. Because of this they were operating on a reduced staff. Many of the bars were closed and not being used, making the property feel abandoned. The food selection in the buffet was extremely limited.
