'Property was very nice and clean. Couple of issues I had.1. We waited outside for an hour and half waiting to get in. I tried to call but no answer. Finally a neighbor came and let us in. They asked me to upload our passports to the site on Expedia but there is nowhere to upload it to. So without uploading we couldn’t get our room. 'Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar wel goed en lekker. Animatie team is iets te aanwezig, was best storend. Bedden zijn niet optimaal, voor 2 nachtjes was het te doen. We hebben bij het hotel fietsen gehuurd en zijn hiermee vanuit cupra marittma via de kust naar Grottammare naar San Benedetto gefietst. Is leuk om te doen.'

'Prima hotel om Ascoli Piceno te bezoeken. Te voet of met de auto kun je naar de stad. Zeer vriendelijke receptionist, die ons prima restaurant adviezen heeft gegeven. Restaurant Nonna Nani vonden wij de leukste ervaring. Omgeving ziet er niet zo aantrekkelijk uit, maar de ligging t.o.v. de stad, de rust zijn en de goede WIFI zijn zeker pluspunten.'
