« We booked this hotel for the free shuttle to DisneyLand. After a big day, under the rain, the shuttle don’t bring us back to the hotel. The bus has changed and anybody find necessary to say it. The receptionist take our room number and a photo of us, despite that, nobody wait us or call us. We were forced to take a taxi to go back to the hotel ! Regarding the cleanliness, bathroom are old with mold, and hair in the shower. The shower head was leaking. There is a foul odor of cigarettes inside...

« I like the big room, cleanliness, and nice staff. The only thing needs improvement is the noise. The rooms aren't sound-proof. The doors on everyone's rooms also automatically slam shut really loud. If you or someone doesn't carefully shut their doors, you can hear it throughout the building. »

« I stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel is relatively new and the room was clean, large, and had a great view. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel is located close to the airport. The restaurant was also excellent. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. »

The surrounding area is very new and there is a nice riverside walk you can reach via the mercedes benz arena. In short, this is a great place to stay ! »

« Personnel sympa dont quelques un parlent Anglais, prêt à aider pour des renseignements, déjeuner très correct et beaucoup de choix pour ceux qui veulent manger chaud. Chambre spacieuse et belle salle de bain, literie bonne, ménage fait tous les jours et personnel très gentil. 2 bouteilles d'eau d'un demi litre offertes et remplacées tous les jours + bouilloire à dispo avec thé et café également offert. « 蘇州への移動のための１泊だけだったので、特に問題はなかったです。 空港から/空港への無料送迎もありました。（ホテル近くに公共交通機関は見当たらなかったので自力での移動は困難と思われます） ホテル隣接のコンビニはありましたが、近くにお店は見当たらなかったように思います。（短時間滞在だったのであまり探さなかっただけかもしれません） »

« Simply great. Mr. Wu made us feel very welcome. Hotel very high standard with a good (Chinese) breakfast. Neighbourhood offered very good restaurants and snacks. Walking distance to restaurants and genuine Chinese neighbourhood away from Shanghai stressful environment. For us who has seen Shanghai appreciate closeness to Pudong airport and the peace that the neighbourhood offered on a 4 nights visit to Shanghai area. »
