'The hotel looks great and cozy, with comfortable “living room” settings in lobby and each floor’s elevator lobby.
The rooms are okay, but nothing more than that. Beds are not too comfortable for heavier persons (90kg plus) as they are too soft.
The 5th floor hallway smells strange, like mould, and room 517 smelled the same. After sleeping one night there, we couldnt stand the smell any longer and asked for another room, which was provided promptly. The next room 525 also had a peculiar smell but...

'Rooms not as advertised with no help from staff to fix problems. Was told the main manager was going to reach out to help fix the problem and as of today 6 day after our stay no ones reach out and won't reture our calls. '

'Room was ok but not really clean, there was a leak in the ac unit. The water in bathroom coming out of tub was dirty. Vent in bathroom was being held on by packing tape. Breakfast was not done so we never ate there. Hallways smell like mold. Staff lady was good and friendly but the guy gave the helped us charged us $40 more a night for an up grade for a couch. When we booked the room we were just getting a king size bed, but when we found out that our grandson was coming with us, we needed to...
