'The staff were very nice. Check in was easy and when I went the next day yo tell them about the state of the room they were apologetic. It was obvious that the bathroom hadn’t really been cleaned well- sink and toilet were clean but walks and floor were gross. We didn’t get in until 2 am do it was morning before we really had a good look.'

'The place was clean and staff was very friendly. However, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, the room was really hot even though we had the air turned down to 65, it was really difficult to control the temperature of the water for the shower and the parking was expensive. Overall, a very average stay.'

The parking fee was quite expensive but understandable. The breakfast was great! Highly recommending this hotel and all Hyatt hotels to be honest.'

'It took 45 minutes to check-in the room because we had to make multiple trips from 4th floor to front desk coz our keycard wasn’t working. It also turned out that there’s hidden costs like $40/day parking & my pass wouldn’t work the first day & was running late for work only to have to pay $85 to be able to leave the lot. The hotel information when I booked did not indicate the hidden fees. My bill came up to over $900 for 3 nights which was absurd for what it is. It’s a mediocre hotel to pay...

'The reason we stayed there was because we stayed at the same place last year at this same time and was able to leave our car and have a shuttle ride to the airport. Which is still advertised as a perk of the hotel, 24/7. The shuttle wasn’t available until after 8:00 am which was too late to catch our plane. We reserved 3 rooms totally for this reason. And of course they couldn’t refund it because it was reserved through Expedia. False Advertising!!'
