'We enjoyed the cabin a lot, especially the kitchen is a nice area to sit and go over the day ahead or past. The resort is easy to find, easy to check-in, east to navigate on foot, Waimea itself is within walking distance and has the basics like 2 supermarkets and a few eating options. Location is within a minute from the start of Waimea Canyon Drive, but if you want to visit the North Coast, then it does take an hour/hour and a half driving there. For us this was not an issue.'

'We had a good stay at the Point. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and big enough. There is everything you need. The furniture looks outdated, but it have it's charms. The resort looks great and we enjoyed the pool. The kids loved it. The drinks at the pool are good and affordable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is central to visit al the known tourist sites.We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this resort.'

'All in all this is a great place to stay! Very central to both the north and south shore, tons of good restaurants nearby, nice pool, pool bar, and beautiful grounds. The condos themselves are a little old and run down, and the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The bed was relatively comfortable which helped. The timeshare representative at check in was pushy and extremely rude when I told her we weren’t interested. All in all the good out weighed the bad!'

'The property is dated but the places are quite large with big decks. We had a termite issue in our kitchen that couldn’t be resolved while we were in it. They offered to move us but we decided to just deal with the cleaning the counters and stove top rather than move to a less desirable unit. One pool, the nicest one, was not open for several days during our stay. The property was reasonably priced.'
