'Beautiful hotel situated on Main St. Perfect location to stroll Main St shops and restaurants. The hotel certainly has a new and very clean feel to it. Very comfortable bedding too! Only “issue” was crazy overuse of the heat in common areas (lobby, hallways etc). As in it was in the high 40’s outside and raining but had to use the air conditioning nonstop in our room. Seemed to be a very unnecessary use of heat and air conditioning in November. The thermostat in our room read 81 when we...

'The location is incredible - secluded wooded property with gorgeous landscaping, on the bay, less than 10 minutes to busy Boothbay Harbor. This is our second visit and we look forward to returning. The food is excellent in the dining room and for the included breakfast. We especially like the large wood burning fireplace next to the dining area. Perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine or spirits! This property is a hidden treasure.'

'I am new to the bed and breakfast scene, so the the "check-in" was awkward. Since I arrived after dinner hours, there was no one to greet me and there followed a few minutes of awkward stumbling through halfways to find my room. Sean, one of the owners, found me and very genuinely welcomed me. I found the room to be very comfortable and the fire place to be extremely nice after a chily day on the shore. Breakfast was amazing and I felt like I was in a family member's kitchen. It was very...
