'The staff at the bar was hardly ever there when needed. The staff from the reception, adjacent to the bar refused each and every time to help out and told me go look for the bar-staff or wait. This happened 7 days in a row'

'Accomodatie is prima. '

'Coming from the airport, we needed a convenient place to stay. The Ibis is right next to the bus station, so that worked our fine. However their promise for quick service didn't really work out, spent more than half an hour waiting to check in...
Rooms are standard Ibis rooms. Safety is good. In all, it's an Ibis, you get just that, with slower service.'

'The room was very clean, but the windows weren't well insulated so that you could hear a lot of noise outside at night and some racing on weekends.
Overall, I recommend staying there; it is clean, and you have plenty of space.'

'This hotel was ok, you get what you pay for. I would caution Americans as this may not be the standard you are used to based on the very high rating, I don’t think Americans would rate it 9 stars. The location is not very close to any shops so if you want drinks or a snack it is about 10 minutes walk. There is a bus that stops very close. The neighborhood is lovely, residential. The lobby and public areas are quite nice and inviting but the room itself is very tired, carpets are worn, rust...
