« We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored.
On boat staff were fine and accomodating which is the reason I didnt give a lower rating. We ended up booking another place for the second night because we were so disappointed.

« The room was good. The house keeping had to be called a couple of times to get the TV working as there was no professional available then. The room service was highly priced and the quality was not all that great. »

« The staff were good, friendly and polite 😊
Our room was clean and decent.
Food good.
We were a bit confused about the itinerary so maybe making it clearer would be helpful to future guests.
Thank you 😊 »

« Kerela houseboats is the middle agency for blue house boats. NOT at all worth the money looting customers, spent so much but was shared with 6 families not peaceful!..asked for towels said 1 room 1 towel(more like long napkins) for 4 ppl. Double bed not enough for 4 ppl, after insisting got the extra bed, not recommended for the money spent. »
