'Tuve recogida del aeropuerto y cuando llegué me di cuenta que era otra dirección, otro alojamiento. Estaban estrenando una segunda localización y la que yo reservé estaba llena pero eso nunca me lo informaron de antemano y es algo desestabilizante tener esa sorpresa llegando a un lugar por primera vez. De igual forma fueron muy atentos y me ayudaron a coordinar la recogida del tour del día siguiente que estaba con la dirección original. Habitación y desayuno muy bien.'

'A truly great hotel with an unbeatable location in Cusco. But the absolute highlight is the team: the staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You feel perfectly taken care of right from the start. The only minor quirk is that they lock the front door quite early in the evening, meaning you have to wake someone up if you come back late at night. However, because the staff is so warm and welcoming even then, you really don't mind it at all. Highly recommended!'

'Excellent location and massive beds. We stayed in 2 different rooms before and after our trek. Both were formed with the old wall, the first had a dehumidifier, the second didnt. Both rooms felt a bit damp. The window in the bathroom opened out onto the street. Breakfast was tasty and theyvwill do you a breakfast to go if you have an early start. Looked after our bags FOC between stays.'
