'O hotel é bem confortável! O quarto limpo, com uma cama bem confortável! Importante para descansar bem em Cusco. O café da manhã foi excelente!! Muitas opções de comidas, como panquecas, variedade de frutas, queijos, e diferentes chás. O único ponto ruim foi o barulho da rua a noite, os quartos que ficamos foram do lado da rua. 'Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was very good. Made a breakfast bag for days I needed to leave early. I was told by a receptionist that I can take imperial bus two block from the hotel and go to the airport. The bus actually didn't go to the airport and I had to take Uber. I waisted about one hour of my time in the bus. Later I checked with the AI and apparently there is no bus that goes to the airport. Please correct me if I am wrong, so other guests won't face the same problem.'

'This was a beautiful place to finish out our stay in Cusco after hiking the Inca trail to Machu Picchu. The staff was kind, the breakfast was hot and delicious and coca tea stand at the ready. 'The hotel has a lot of character. The entrance is an original Inka stone entrance, with very old Spanish additions. This does mean that the floors are creaking and you may hear the people in adjacent rooms. The great benefits of the hotel are its charm, its history, great value and, importantly, it’s close to everything as it’s in the ancient part of Cusco. Furthermore, the staff is super nice and friendly.'

'Very nice hotel, friendly staff and they were always welcoming, they helped us with everything, we fall sick there due to altitude and the staff helped us recover, we had a rental car and they helped us park the car in garage and remove whenever we needed. The kichen staff was also very good, specially Rossy who always made sure we got the best food'
