'I had a good enough stay. Friendly service, nice area near the boulevard. Every day clean new towels en bedding. I traveled alone so bed was sufficient but for 2 persons it might be a bit small, but what to expect, 2 star hotel. Only disadvantage is the shared toilet but shower was fine and got good soap and shampoo for free what was a pleasant suprise. Very nice terrace at the front and I could keep an eye on my car from my room which I felt the car was safe at the courtyard'
'Great service. The staff goes out if their way to help you. You will notice some stuff are outdated inside the room like the carpet and door, and when the neighbor is trying to unlock their door you’ll hear it as your own door. But that’s all fine, and the location was perfect: a minute walk from the train station. '

'The rooms look very nice and great design. That is the good part. But the rooms lack sound proof, it can be are very noisy with doors closing and other guests in next rooms.
Further after check out I needed to get something from my case and called three times the reception at 11:45, no answer.
I hurried back to the hotel and was there at 11:50 but it was already closed.
No idea when it will be open again but this is terrible service provided.

'Beautifully finished, styled and even curated hotel with classy attention to small details without an hint of pretentiousness. Food and cocktails in various restaurants beautifully prepared and presented with loving care for detail down to the cutlery and table presentation and served by friendly and well informed staff. Spa and treatments also at a high level with lovely calming and well thought out aestetics. Roman baths a nice alternative take to standard hotel spas . Movement studio also...
'Gezellig hotel met vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Gezellige schone kamer met balkonnetje met uitzicht over een parkje. Hotel ligt tussen treinstation en boulevard in, dicht bij grote winkelstraat. Ga er zeker nog eens terug.'
'This is a non-smoking hotel but I got a room where someone had smoked. They told me it was the rain that made people smoke inside and used an air refresher. It helped a bit, but the smoke smell returned the next day, and the next. Since the hotel was full, they said there was nothing they could do. On the one hand I realise that this is something they can do little about, but on the other hand they only once tried to get rid of it, they did not follow-up on later days, and seeing that the smoke...
'The accommodation itself was great. The room could be way better. First of all the bathroom stank of sewage, the towels smelled very much like vinegar which is horrible an also mold in the shower. But the worst part is that after coming back I found out that there were bed bugs in the bed. I have been bitten all over my arms and legs and it itches terribly.
