Villa's in Zwitserland

'The house is located in a convenient place that's both quiet and accessible by public transport. It's however too old and has problems that we didn't expect. * Exterior & Accuracy: * The exterior appearance of the house did not really match the listing photos. * Lighting & Safety: * The lighting in the staircase and living room was way too dim, making it unsafe to move around. * Electrical & Amenities: * Some rooms were without working electrical outlets. * Not every room was provided...

'We loved our stay at Ronco sopra Ascona. The villa is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a park & walking trails nearby. The villa was clean & well equipped; the view of the lake & mountains from the balcony is spectacular. Marinella & Rags were perfect hosts & very welcoming. We’d love to go back!'

'The villa is brand new and well equiped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very large, actually everything is very spacious. Nice livingroom and great kitchen. We had a lovely holiday week at this villa. The small town of Blonay offers a supermarket and some small shops and restaurants. Within 15 minutes driving you are in Vevey or Montreux where you can do a lot of sightseeings (musea, castle, boattrips). The views from the villa are great, there is a large outside area. The only thing to keep in...

'We had a lovely week in this compact but well equipped and organised apartment. The views are spectacular and it was great to be able to sit and watch the lake changing at different times and in different weather.Within walking distance of the station, we used the train every day to visit nearby locations without the hassle of trying to find somewhere to park (the Lavaux Transport Card provided by our host was invaluable)Our host Queein was delightful and on hand if we needed anything. If we were...

'Absolutely stunning property! The views were incredible, very quiet location and short distance from Vevey which is a bigger city and had everything we needed. Vineyards nearby were beautiful and it was lovely in the morning to be able to walk through the vineyards and get photos. Queein was a wonderful and accommodating host, very responsive - even let us borrow a cooler so we could pack a picnic lunch to take to the lake for the day. Would absolutely recommend staying in her VRBO!'

'My experience was highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking and paying for two rooms, we were relocated to a different property and provided with only one room, requiring four adults to share a cramped space. This disruptive change was communicated to me just two hours prior to check-in. The actual room and property were completely different and inferior to the advertised images, leading me to believe this is a recurring issue for guests.'
