'La chambre est très bien, et l'établissement bien placé. En revanche, nous avons été surfacturés d'une prestation "Accomodation Supplement", que nous n'avons jusque là pas pu nous faire rembourser par l'établissement ou Expedia.'

'Our room was in the basement in a building next to the main hotel. Room was on the small side but had a good layout. Check in was a bit confusing as main hotel entry where you check in is one street level above room access and not directly connected. Breakfast was great and staff were nice and helpful. Good central location with easy access to all of Zermatt which is very walkable (but watch out for small electric taxis everywhere who do not care about pedestrians).'

'Spacious room and access to kitchen facilities. Very handy to transport- buses, trains and ferry. Great cafe and food store nearby. Minimally furnished and only one towel for 4 days. Bedding smelt of tobacco smoke and not sure how clean the bedlinen was especially duvet and pillow. No response to my messages.'
