'Only 5 mins walking distance to Zurich station BUT there are a number of homeless or insecure people around the corner. The system mentioned that I was able to get in at 3pm but had to try more than 10 times to get in and after 0305pm I was able to get in. I had a trouble with one of windows not properly closing so reported it to the customer service online. 'We mostly like everything about the stay, apartment size, amenties, location and proximity to Interlaken OST station. We were disappointed by the attitude of the restaurant staff at the hotel, especially one male staff member who seemed particularly rude. Either the staff need etiquette training or English language training. “I don’t care” is how this male staff member reacted to a situation. I have never heard any hotel staff member , anywhere in the world.'
