'It was smaller than I expected, but that was due to an error in the listing. It said 3 bedrooms, while they meant 3 beds. When I pointed that out to the owner, he immediately changed it. He was very friendly. The kitchen and leisure room are clean and as described, it's a pity that the fridge can't be used though, since the kitchen is shared.
