« Great property! We had all ages and stages and the house was stocked with everything for everyone! And there was plenty so you weren't washing the same 5 dishes or towels over and over again. They even have plenty of kid dishes, cups, utensils etc *Just bring your own beach towels if going to the lake. Any minor issue I had, like batteries died in remote (I'm an insomniac and watch TV during the night) was addressed as soon as I let Amy know. She is just a text/call away.Everything was labeled...

« We had a great time at the lake, nice stay! »

« Didn’t need anything fancy, just a place to sleep. Cabin is right next to the road, but once inside, it’s quiet. Great shower, nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking if you bring your boat. If you want a clean, well kept property, no frills cabin, this is a great place to stay. Property has multiple cabins, would be great if you had a large group and wanted your own space at the end of the day. I will definitely return for another stay. »

« This place was perfect! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everyone had their own area to sleep, hang out, watch TV, andeven provided beach towels which is a nice plus! »

« It felt clean and inviting. It was a wonderful place to gather on the lake. Close to raspberry shakes! Open space to gather. Nice yard for playing! Highly recommend! A few minor repairs needed. Nothing big. We loved our vacation!!!! Thanks »

« Great location near Flaming Gorge Reservoir and within walking distance of the fireworks. There is ample space in the kitchen for cooking. The firetable under the gazebo was wonderful on sunny and rainy days. »

« This property was perfect for our stay in Lander! The host was very responsive and helpful. Upon arrival the house was very clean and well equipped with starter items. Beds are very comfortable, towels are good quality, washer and dryer work well, and the kitchen is well stocked with all the basic cooking necessities. The house is nicely decorated and has incredible views for afternoons on the porch. We also enjoyed getting to see the wildlife in the yard! We will definitely be staying here...

« We loved our stay at this town home and could walk to the supermarket. The marina was a very short drive. The home was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. »

« 2nd time we've stayed here with our big family and we love it. I'm noting they don't have blackout curtains on any windows because that was hard for us with little kids. »

« The room was clean and was what needed for a short stay. Staff was friendly and made sure to check in to see if we needed anything. We will stay again next time we are in Manila. We didn’t bring our 4 legged this trip but it was nice to see they are dog friendly. »

« Great accomodations... very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids... only complaint was not stocked with Kleenex or dish soap »

« This is a great location walking distance to Zips and La Beau’s. Kitchen is nicely stocked and it was nice and clean upon arrival. The air conditioning unit is fairly loud when it turns on but other than that it was a great stay. »

« Wonderful townhome. Clean. Great accommodations. So many single use items were provided. Nothing missing from a great stay. Prompt responses from property manager. Cannot say enough great things !! »

« Spacious, organized, family friendly!We had a dozen adults and a dozen children at this house and it worked perfectly! Location is fantastic, pool and hot tub were a lot of fun, and there are a variety of bedrooms and sleeping locations for every age group and family size. The kitchen was large and equipped enough for a large group, and there was enough space in every room to accommodate everything we wanted to do!100% recommended for a large and busy group »
