'The place was very comfortable and spacious. We had space to meet together as a large family as well as some place for people to separate. I really enjoyed getting the kids out on the lawn, the views of the lake and the easy access to Garden City. The south beaches were also very close. The home was well appointed, clean and easy to get to. I can’t say enough great things about our experience. '

'Didn’t need anything fancy, just a place to sleep. Cabin is right next to the road, but once inside, it’s quiet. Great shower, nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking if you bring your boat. If you want a clean, well kept property, no frills cabin, this is a great place to stay. Property has multiple cabins, would be great if you had a large group and wanted your own space at the end of the day. I will definitely return for another stay.'

'Great host, great communication, right next to the pool and you could view the lake from the back patio which had shade on both sides.'

'Really great place to stay right on the water. Not for families that have anyone who has trouble with stairs. This place is all stairs, 3 floors. We had a group of adults and young adults and had a great time paddle boarding and spending time on the water. This unit is right in the center of 2 other units, so if anyone is on the deck in the other 2 units, you are in each others space, meaning you can hear their conversation and look right at each other, even though it is divided by railings....

'Great location near Flaming Gorge Reservoir and within walking distance of the fireworks. There is ample space in the kitchen for cooking. The firetable under the gazebo was wonderful on sunny and rainy days.'

'This property was perfect for our stay in Lander! The host was very responsive and helpful. Upon arrival the house was very clean and well equipped with starter items. Beds are very comfortable, towels are good quality, washer and dryer work well, and the kitchen is well stocked with all the basic cooking necessities. The house is nicely decorated and has incredible views for afternoons on the porch. We also enjoyed getting to see the wildlife in the yard! We will definitely be staying here...

'The room was clean and was what needed for a short stay. Staff was friendly and made sure to check in to see if we needed anything. We will stay again next time we are in Manila. We didn’t bring our 4 legged this trip but it was nice to see they are dog friendly. '

'We loved our stay at this town home and could walk to the supermarket. The marina was a very short drive. The home was comfortable with all the necessary amenities.'

'2nd time we've stayed here with our big family and we love it. I'm noting they don't have blackout curtains on any windows because that was hard for us with little kids.'

'This is a great location walking distance to Zips and La Beau’s. Kitchen is nicely stocked and it was nice and clean upon arrival. The air conditioning unit is fairly loud when it turns on but other than that it was a great stay. '

'We have stayed at Bear Lake 3 times and this property is wonderful. It has a beautiful view of the lake. It is new and clean and has a great pool and spa. And it is close to pickle ball courts.'

'Our family group of 58 (ages 1 to 85) had a wonderful time staying at Family Time Lodge! It was big, roomy, clean, and had so many fun amenities! The kids loved the play room and everyone loved the game room and the theater room. The weather was a bit cool the first night, so we couldn't use the patio, but we did the other nights. "Heel mooi, nieuw hotel. Heel aardige mensen van de receptie. We waren wat vroeg, maar dit was geen probleem. Het bed is erg zacht. Kussens ook superzacht, gevuld met veren.😪.vond het niet lekker slapen. Rugpijn. Veel licht in de kamer. Gordijnen + deur sluiten niet goed. Deur douche klemt. Toilet was vies onder de rand. Het ligbad, niet om te liggen. Jammer van dit Hilton hotel. Je denkt toch " Hilton". Maar dit is een andere tak van de familie , denk ik. Het ontbijt erg slecht. Alleen Donuts die je moet toasten. Verder geen keus. "
