« Our stay at Jess and Ryan’s place was wonderful. They gave very detailed descriptions on where to park, the condo was clean, and it had everything we needed and more. They were so gracious to refund us our pet fee after we ended up having to put our dog down before our trip to Bear Lake. Once we checked in, we found a couple of small odd things on the property but Ryan was so responsive. This rental’s location to the pool cannot be beat. « Location was great. Amenities was great. But you can tell the condo has been neglected. The ceiling fans were full of dust. When we turned it on dust went flying everywhere. You can definitely tell that the cleaners they have just do bare minimum to get the next folks in the room afterwards. The property manager was very communicative and was able to answer questions we had. »

« We took two families with little kids and loved the location. We were able to walk right down to the public lake access (although the water is high right now). »

« Large 2 bedroom condo, spacious, comfortable beds, well equpt kitchen, parking is close by, well maintained pool and tennis courts nearby. We enjoyed our stay, would stay here again. »

« The Condo was very nice and had a great view of the Lake and Marina.We had a small water issue but the repair person was there within 15 minutes and had the problem resolved quickly. Loved seeing the deers and turkeys wandering the property. Would stay here again. »
