Flats in Zuidoost-Utah - Glen Canyon National Recreation Area

'This property was an ideal base for our outdoor adventures in Moab. Early every day, we made breakfast and a packed lunch in the kitchen which had everything we needed (but no dishwasher). We took very long hikes and/or mountain bike rides each day. We ate out in Moab each night. The bathroom was good... with decent water pressure in the shower. We slept well in the comfortable king bed. We particularly liked the locked bike storage shed (it was convenient and felt secure enough). Great trip!'

'Awesome place! We had just a quick stay there for resting on our way home from AZ! Place was easy to find and plenty of parking available! Bed were very comfortable and plenty of pillows!Was a little warm for us as we are cooler weather midwesteners! But cute little place. Would recommend for longer stays near Blanding,UT!'

'Location was convenient, all necessary amenities were provided. Unit was very comfortable. Would highly recommend! Can't comment on the hot tub, since with the temps were over 100 there was no desire to try it out!'

'A great location and a perfect place. AC felt amazing after a hot day and had a lovely balcony to hang out on and look at the stars and moon and relax after a day visiting parks. Highly recommend!'

'Wow. Ultra modern and everything you’d want in a place, super clean and had a nice view of the red rock mountains. Great working AC and even came with a big hot tub whirlpool on the deck which we used. huge showers and big beds. Perfect location for Arches and Canyonlands National Park. We did hear the neighbors a bit as they walked down hallways but otherwise was good and quiet, could use an elevator for the second floor.. Metal door handles on the outside were hot to the touch. 'This was a clean property with an easy checkin process. Well equipped for 6 people even if a little cramped in the living space.Grocery store pretty close by, straight forward drive to Arches or Canyonlands.Pool was great for the midday heat when hiking was a no go.Checkout was a little confusing as we kept getting messages to do so, but this could be because we left a day early not related to the property but due to events in southern Utah dusting our visit.In summary I would stay here again...

'We were there in mid-July for a mountain biking trip. The location was great for access to the many nearby awesome trails and parks. The unit was very clean and comfortable and beds were great at the end of a hard day riding/hiking. Great local places to eat too!'

'Everything worked great at this location. This isn't a knock by any means, but just be aware that the bunk beds are in the same rooms as the other beds, so this location is better suited for families who can all sleep in the same room together. No complaints though. Accommodations were as expected and the place was well stocked with the necessary kitchen conveniences.'

'Property management team was great and very responsive and location was really nice but the property itself is very run down with a lot of deferred maintenance. Carpet was in poor shape and stained. Overall property is in need of repairs and updates from pots and pans to cracked floor tiles. '
