'I rate this place the lowest possible because I made a reservation through Expedia but when I got there my room was not available. Someone was already checked in since the day before. The registration attendant said that all villas in the signature line were occupied. They offered me a room in the other side of the property which was not ocean view and we would not have access to the infinity pool or all the other amenities that the signature suites have.
