Flats in Zuidoost-New Mexico

'Very clean'

'Spacious, well equipped and clean property.'

'Over all everything was wonderful. The pictures on line really did not do it justice and all furnishings were great!! Only think was maybe more light cleaning/ dusting needed. Lots of animals around to enjoy from the back porch.'

'More apartment complex than condo. Was fearful at first, turned out very quiet during my mon tue wed .First night a herd of deer came to the creek outside the sliding door patio, for a drink. Then came up the hill and mowed the grass, lol Close to the casino of the gods ,If you like that ,saw a shuttle. My stay in Ruidoso was real nice,i'll be back.'

'The property was not cleaned properly upon arrival. The dishes were dirty, the bedding appeared unwashed, and there was hair on the pillows. We also found rodent feces behind the furniture, which raised serious cleanliness and health concerns. Additionally, the BBQ grill advertised with the property was in poor condition, appeared unsanitary, and barely functioned. Overall, the condition of the rental did not match the expectations set by the listing.'

'Our stay at Casa Del Rio was excellent! The place was very clean, had a modern upscale feel, and included everything you could want in a home away from home. It was cozy, inviting, and perfectly romantic for a couple. The breathtaking view from the balcony was the perfect added touch! We are definitely planning to book our next stay here again!'

'The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.'

'We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again ...'

'this place is conveniently located, price was good, but there is no A/C in the bedrooms. would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place close to town.'
