'Absolutely LOVED this place!! It was so cute and historic! Built in 1909 it has so much character and felt like I was transported into a French renaissance era and my goodness it was the cleanest place ive stayed in. I’ve been to some 5 star hotels and this was even better!! If I’m ever in Lincoln again I know where I’ll be staying for sure! 10/10'

'Staff was great. Room was clean, but nothing exciting. Pool was kind of cold considering it's indoors. Restaurant was good, maybe a touch high priced. The only real bummer of the stay was that they advertise having an "arcade" at the hotel. It consisted of 3 games from the 80's in the lobby. They're free, so there's that, but not what anyone would call an arcade.'

'This is my 5th stay at this location over the last 5 months and I was surprised with the disinterest staff had in my problems and the lack of resolution to any problems I had. I was there for 6 days without having room service stop by to empty trash, refill toilet paper, fresh towels. I was there with my family which includes 2 teenage girls so the trash filled quick and the towels needed a refresh. After the first day of no service, I assumed something happened because it wasn't normal. After...
