'The kitchen had plenty of space for cooking and food prep. We could have used a better skillet, but we made do with what was available. The home was cute and cozy, with great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The host and locals in the area were kind and helpful. We also loved the option of the wine available for purchase in the house. We would definitely stay here next time we attend Grand Nationals if possible.'

'This was the perfect place to stay for my father's memorial service. It was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was superb. The step by step instructions with pictures made check in seamless. Being next to the Monon trail for a morning walk was a pleasant BONUS'

'Location is fantastic. Condo was decent for the price. Be aware though that the described futon is not in fact a futon but rather a wide sofa that is rather short. My daughter that is 5'5" barely fit on it. So just know that going in. The parking situation leaves you walking a block or so to and from the condo for $32 a day. An added expense that you need to consider when pricing a condo in the area. Overall, was pretty happy with the unit, but may have considered other options had I known in...
