'The room was clean to my standards. The lobby was also pretty clean. We always stay in jasper for 5 days on our summer vacation. i had my 4 kids with us and 2 other guests. One of the guests was allergic to eggs, dairy and nuts so the staff went out of their way to make him a breakfast he could eat, which was helpful. We will keep choosing to stay here.'

'We were given someone else’s room. Thankfully the person had a latch on so we couldn’t get in, but how scary is it that not only were we given a key for someone else’s room, but the front attendant asked me if there was someone in the room when we said we couldn’t get in and the door was latched. The doors that should have been locked on the backside of the building were either not locked or the door just didn’t work. It’s in a weird location as well. 'The room itself was clean. The pool was not at all. It was gross. The hotel is close to a highway and the noise level is very high. If I were to stay again I would request a room on the parking lot side of the hotel. And I wouldn't bring my swimsuit. Seriously, gross.'
