« I was assigned an apartment not as same as whats on the photos. There wasn't a wet playground as shown on the photos. All the children were disappointed. Apartment did not have wifi and since no wifi the tv box could not work. TV was just for display. No kitchen cleaning supplies provided for cookware & utensils. »

« In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient. »

« I booked business apartment, they gave me 10 year old run down apartment with broken toilet and air conditioner, sagging dirty sofa, plus they got rid of us next day because they overbooked, they literally kicked us out myself, wife and two young kids, communication with them was terrible.bad bad experience. »
