Flats in Zuid-Texas

'The place was great with a relaxing view and convenient restaurant. There were a couple of concerns with the noisy people above us and the loud washing machine that took away at times from our relaxation. Wish the customer service would have been better. While I understand that owners may not want to overstock items, a paying customer should not have to debate if a sufficent amount of towels and 1 ply toliet paper was supplied after requests were made. We washed the towels provided and bought...

'Love this property! 2nd time visiting and it was just as great as the first time. Accommodations are exactly what we need for family of 4. The overall property is always clean. Can't wait to visit again!'

'This property was so nice! My friends and I loved the condo. Extremely clean, new and roomy! Very close to the Kickapoo Casino. Literally across the street. Antonio was a great host and was very quick to respond to my questions. We took the casino trolley from the condo straight to the doors of the casino. Definitely recommend this location! We will be back and are staying here again.'

'The condo is beautiful and clean. Beds are comfortable. The hosts thought of everything. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need including coffee pods and grounds and little creamer pods in the fridge. The pullout bed is the most comfortable I've ever laid on. There's a white noise machine in both bedrooms which is so thoughtful. The decor and colors in this condo are so beautiful. The pool behind the condo is pretty small but the second pool down by the river is much bigger...

'Clean with a great view. Walking distance from beach.'

'The hosts are great! They respond quick and house feels comfortable like you are at home! The location is great and watching the deer with my morning coffee was so nice.'

'So many gift shops nearby and cute restaurants! The place was pretty cool and the check in/out process was easy! 10/10'

'The air conditioning vent needs to be cleaned. The access roof over the bathtub needs to be cleaned. And the furniture needs to be cleaned the couch. The instructions need to be more informative as to where to park. And where the actual unit is because you cannot see the apartment number from the parking lot. Also the parking lot number does not match to go with the unit it's across the parking lot. The Host has not communicated as far as I can tell that I had to check out early because they...

'Convenient location, comfortable beds, kitchen was nice and well stocked for cooking. It was great for our group of 4.'

'We LOVED our stay here. The condo is very spacious, well-stocked, comfortable. Communication is on point! The balcony view is very relaxing. The deer coming up at night is the BEST! The grounds are very well kept. Lower pool is very nice, BUT the river is amazing. Whether you want to sit by the river, in the river, swim, tube, kayak, fish. It is the best. The condo is in a great location as well. Very convenient to Gruene, Schlitterbahn, many eateries. WE HAD THE BEST TIME! Thank you!'
