When I asked the front desk for ice, first attendant told me to go next door and ask the restaurant or get some at the store. The other attendant that I asked about ice gladly brought some up to our room.'

'We did receive a location map day on check-in but did not see it in time. Map location and address on website was wrong and took a while to find. Host communicated in German (?) so had to use translation. But most concerning was smell of mold and according to my spouse, perhaps cigarettes? Not a bad place, but not great either'

'Excellent place! Great location and responsive host!'
