« This was a lovely VRBO. Spacious, clean, well stocked and even fresh flowers! Only hitch was due to my map reading skills- while Expedia claimed it was 19 miles from Great Sand Dunes National Park it was actually an hour drive away! That said there was some other great hiking nearby (recommend Willow Lake Trail). Thanks for a nice stay! »

« The cleaning staff needs to clean the windows and around the windows. The countertops weren’t cleaned right and the coaches could use some TLC. The TV didnt work, I couldn’t get anyone to communicate with me about it until the next day. »

« For a fun get away from the hustle and bustle look no further than this beautiful forest cabin. Town is close enough that you can still enjoy the luxurious of city life but secluded enough that you can see deer when you wake up in the morning (yes this happened for us). »

« This place was solid!Although not the easiest to get to (Trust me if you want off the beaten path PEACE and quit this cabin is top notch), the cabin was comfortable, the scenery in the foothills if the San Juan Mountains was amazing.Our host went way above and beyond, answered questions, and even helped with a vehicle lock out!!! « We chose this property for its proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park, relying on the Expedia listing that promised A/C and a washer/dryer. Unfortunately, the house was very hot upon arrival, and the washer was broken. We had two main issues: Broken Washer: The washer was the primary reason we rented a house instead of a hotel. « We loved our stay at riverhouse north! We felt spoiled while we were there with the sweet little stream out back, comfy hammock, hot tub and firepit and fireplace!
