'We had a pleasant stay a the hotel riviera beach house The receptionist Tristan was calm a collect as we had a small issue with one of the rooms and he didn’t hesitate to adjust and comp us accordingly We go to this beautiful hotel every year for the 4th of July and it has nothing short then a special place for us. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be back next year'

'The room was very tight and the shower flooded the drain was dirty. Also there was not enough parking for property occupancy. The swing front desk young lady was polite but the day shift young lady upon arrival was not very welcoming as she seen us and stepped into the back. I wouldn’t stay here again.'
