'I loved everything about Rose Arden. I had a very comfortable overnight stay in a single room in a lovely home that was perfect for my visit with an old friend who lived nearby. It was great value and in a beautiful quiet location with an amazing view. The host couldn't have been more helpful. And the breakfast was wonderful. If I visit Hamilton again I’ll definitely want to stay at Rose Arden.'

'Great space, lots of natural light and nicely finished unit with a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended for the price. No staff on-site but they are very responsive by phone, which was reassuring. Only suggestion I would have is to include a usb-c or usb-a port somewhere in the unit (we forgot our charging brick, but assumed there would be a port to plug a cable into like most hotels have now in a lamp base or integrated into an electrical outlet).'

'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...
