'Beautiful ancient location very pittoresk'

'Room was OK and renovated but airconditioning was bad. Extremely hot. After complaints I got another room but also Aircon in this room was not working well. Very unformfortable. '

'My wife and I randomly booked this accommodation as we were looking for a place in the country side close to both Firenze and Bologna - and it was great! The place is in a remote but stunning location and the room was very clean! The hosts were so kind and friendly, giving us hugs and local recommendations which we appreciated. 'Not spectacular breakfast'

'Bit old fashioned hotel; looks from the 70s. Location bit crappy with station in the backyard. Broken entrance gates to parking. Big containers of paint behind the hotel (apparently the hotel is full of workers and these workers store there waste behind the hotel) Worst of all is that despite paying with debit card, the hotel remain reservation on the creditcard and does not cancel such at check out; remaining there already for weeks and hotel is not willing/able to remove it per direct'
