'Undergoing refurbishments when I stayed, so it was a little difficult to ascertain the usual state of the room. Air con worked well. No phone in the unit, so to contact reception you either use your own mobile or walk across in person.'

'Aardige uitbater. Er zijn kamers die permanent worden bewoond door gezinnen met kinderen. Wij hadden pech daarnaast te zitten want de kinderen waren vrij luidruchtig. Gelukkig kregen wij een andere kamer. Lopen wat lugubere gasten rond. Voor ins geen 2e keer.'

'The parking situation is horrible. We had about 2 inches if clearance to get our cat into the driveway, due to the way the car parks are allocated'

'The SPA room is located on ground floor with a very dark area almost without any sun comes into the room all year long. Therefore, the room is quite cold even it's sunny in the daytime of winter. Moreover, the building was not built with concret floor, just yellow tongue, all the steps on the upstairs with kids running around are compeletely and clearly transfered to the downstairs. I was waken up at 6am in the morning as kids start to run, high heel shoes punching the floor. The room iteself...

'We hebben hier 1 nacht doorgebracht. Prima voor een nachtje op doorreis. Redelijke rustige kamer gehad, ligt wel aan een drukke weg maar wij hadden daar geen last van. Kamer was nog best ruim voor drie personen.'

'Good: spacious and clean. Not good: noise and disturbance by young guests. Too much drinking and shouting at swimming pool. '

'Very short stay so did not use the kitchen. Windows required to make it more private for guests.'
