Luxe hotels in Zhangjiajie

'Lovely and homely stay at the lodge. We were pleasantly upgraded to a cabin room which we loved. Rain was extremely welcoming and helped us with all our luggage and even brought out a heater to our room as soon as we asked. Great communication, amazing location for the Zhangjaijei mountains, and Rain even dropped us and picked us up. There is a tea master as well who makes home made teas and some cute pets. Truly feels like a lovely family run cosy home. Would definitely recommend!'

'We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The location is on walking distance from the park. But you need transport to visit the other sites in the area. Do not skip Grand Canyon, it was for us the best of all. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the pool. (Bring swim hats as it is compulsary). 'Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable. Also, we only stayed for one night but the room and scenery were as good as they look in the pictures.'
