'We had the most wonderful experience, Andy (the manager) was in direct contact with us even before the trip and he arranged for our pick up even when we changed the departure point at the last minute. He made our honeymoon absolutely lovely and special at this hotel! The room was absolutely wonderful, large, with amazing views. The facilities are breathtaking, swimming pool was great. The best part was just walking through the hotel and feeling like being in a palace everyday. The area for the...

'Stunning Grand Hotel quality for a fraction of 5Star price. Just NOT to look for it on DiDi by name, only by address: Avatar Valley Grand Hotel is actually “ Zhangjiajie Country Garden Phoenix Hotel” We had luck with a friendly DiDi driver that helped us and called their local number to verify location. Breakfast buffet room looks like an Opera House. Swimming Pools are huge. Not crowded at all for the 1400 rooms available. Late August, maybe seeemed maybe 10% occupied. Amazingly helpful Staff...

'Helpfullness is fully there. I never once felt confused or intimidated to ask for help. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Rooms are always kept clean. I don't eat breakfast so cant contribute much there. The gym is a bit lack luster but might be renovations and you won't be there all day. For a good homebase this is a 10/10. Just be aware that the Chinese culture is very different and that cant be reflected on the hotel. If you are staying short or long term I definitely recommend them.'

'What was unique about this place is the staff, spechially Tiffany. She helped us alot during our stay.'

'Excelente ubicación para la puerta al cielo'

'O quarto estava maravilhoso, o café da manhã poderia ser mas ocidental e faltou café nas máquinas.'

'Excellent hotel, was a really great experience, staff were very helpful, specially employee Li Xianglin who was very kind and help us to solve all issues, hopefully hotel can have more employees like her. In general hotel experience was the best in great price and close to most famous mountain.'
