The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Large windows fill the apartment with natural light and allow you to enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery from inside the studio.

About Haus Vira
Haus Vira enjoys a peaceful, slightly elevated location in the sunny southern part of Zermatt, in the Winkelmatten/Obere Tuftra area. Surrounded by meadows, forest and a beautifully maintained garden, it offers peace and nature together with an unobstructed panoramic view of the majestic Matterhorn in all its grandeur.
Hiking trails lead directly from the house into the Zermatt mountains, including routes towards Schwarzsee, Findeln and Gornergrat. In winter, the location is particularly convenient: when snow conditions permit, you can ski back from Gornergrat or Schwarzsee to within approximately 30 metres of the house. The ski run leading to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise valley station is only about 100 metres away on foot.
The bus stop is approximately 200 metres away, and several restaurants in Winkelmatten and Tuftra are within easy walking distance. Haus Vira has a lift, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
As the owner family, we place great importance on personal hospitality. Whenever possible, we welcome you personally on arrival. If we are unable to be there, your key will be safely and conveniently available in a key box.
