At first the parking was a little unlcear since its just an empty lot, but we got clarification from the property manager parking is right beside the house. « My family loved this property! Located on a quiet street and all the neighbors we ran into were very nice. I didnt find any issues with parking and it was the weekend. This property is stocked with anything you could need and was clean. The host was great and I would definitely recommend this place! »

« After a rocky start with the choices housekeeping made after dealing with a an unexpected washer breakdown, the remainder of our stay was lovely. « Enjoyed a two night stay at this location. Everything was as listed in the listing. Owner was easy to contact to with and quick response. It was close to the southern siide of lake Arther. The only suggestion is that you need are larger frying pan and a turner for flipping eggs in the kitchen. Would recommend this property for any one wanting to stay in the area. »

« We had a great stay. House was exactly as described. Lots of room to move around in. Living room was nice to relax in and dining room table was great for games and meals. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable, A/C was a plus for keeping cool. Location was great for going to baseball game and down to the strip for shopping and eating. We will definitely stay again! »

« Great property! Very spacious, clean, and well decorated. Perfect for hosting our bachelorette weekend! Highlights were obviously the hot tub, fireplace, large dining and gathering areas. We had tons of space for meals together, games, crafts, and even a game of late night hide and seek hahaha. Host was gracious, easy to contact, and sent reminder texts about check in and check out rules. Would recommend for large gatherings of all kinds! »

« Property was large enough to accommodate my group and nicely decorated with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, hot tub, and arcade machine.
