'pfffff...horrible. Very noisy, we checked in late around 9.30 pm and we were welcomed with loud karaoke music. The price does not match the room. the room was very simple. I guess you pay for the location.
We stayed 2 nights. We didnot sleep very well in this hotel. I had to use earplugs.They start to drag heavy furniture very early every morning. I think already around 6 am and maybe even earlier. You can hear the dragging noise very well. The doors are probably handmade and not very well made....

'Wonderful! The staff can't do enough for you. The hotel is clean, the rooms are lovely, the view spectacular. From Yacinta at the front desk, to Agustino, Kelvin and Alfred in the bar and restaurant, to Chef Ali and the delicious food, every one really cared for us and wanted to make sure we were having a great time. Even the groundsmen and the housekeepers had a lovely smile and ask about your day, honestly I can't speak highly enough. A great experience, wish we didnt have to leave!'

'This property is beautiful and breathtaking. The views and the finishes are immaculate. Everything was clean and luxurious. The food and the staff on the other hand were not. It took over an hour for our food and waters to come. The orders were totally wrong. 2/3 of us actually got sick because they did not listen to our food allergies. We waited 30 minutes for our bill to come. And then, after a small disagreement were told, we didn’t have to pay for food that we didn’t actually eat. It just...
