'Beautiful ancient location with modern features and amazing garden with stunning view on the mountains around the hotel. Very friendly and adequate staff. Would love to come again!!'

'We booked a quadruple room with a 2nd floor (like a loft) for 4 people in Oct 2026. Two double beds on ground floor and two twins on loft. My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. So the 4 of us ended up sleeping on 2 double beds, which was tight. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine. The buffet breakfast selection was reasonable. You can made to order eggs...

'I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. With a lot of beautiful views all around. I had used the spa services (jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, and a massage) and they exceeded my expectations. The waitstaff at the restaurant were kind and attentive. And, I tried a lamb shank with mashed yucca and it was flavorful and delicious. The included breakfast also had a great assortment...

'The room was modern, the infinity pool was cold, but nice. The grounds were beautiful & the llamas on the grounds was a nice touch. The food was also amazing for dinner.'

'Royer was great! He got us to the train station and made sure we saw the town before we boarded for Machu Pic'

'The hotel location is great, 4-5 minutes walk to the town center, restaurants and the main attractions. The staff was super helpful. The room and amenities are basic, but clean. There are a few steps from the road where the car can park to the hotel entrance, so you have to lift your luggages for a few steps. We had a great time in Ollantaytambo.'

'Toch wel een fles wijn gekregen '

'Friendly staff'

'Staff were excellent, breakfast was excellent, clean room'

'Stan and his wife were very helpful on planning our activities to archaeological sites. The breakfast was great and the location was close to main plaza and train station. Also price was affordable. Thank you for the great service.'
