'As described. Large open plan studio, modern, clean, nice furniture. Great shower. I didn’t use any of the kitchenette facilities (there was a note to say only use one device at a time). Checkin was easy. AC/Heating was good. Would recommend / stay again. As it’s an open plan room there a little noise from the fridge and lights from electrics appliances - easy to deal with. Ditto on the AC fan noise (easy to change). Very nice neighbourhood with nice houses. Easy to walk to downtown. '

'Excellent location, nice decor! Came to visit for a reunion weekend and was quite happy with this space. Very easy to walk to campus or downtown, and being able to swing back here for a breather between events was super convenient. Thanks for a lovely stay!'

'Apartment is exactly as it appears in the promotion. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very adaptable when I needed to change dates. Little extras in the apartment made it a more relaxing time. I would definitely stay again! We were all impressed.'

'This VRBO was not clean....the tub had paint peeling, which didn't match pic of tub shown. Door to bathroom cracked, one fire detector had open wires was disconnected, one was beeping in a drawer needed batteries. Not the same sofa bed as pictured...filthy windows, floors and behind one side table in one bedroom a beer can and other garbage....carpets dirty and the code they give not correct. It was a very bad stay and I do NOT recommend this VRBO. Duct tape on one doorknob. And bathroom door...
