'The kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated the muffins and other breakfast items. The bedrooms were comfortable and the dining room table worked out well. The weather was very cold and wind when we were there but if not for the wind we would have used the hot tub but unfortunately it was not suitable for use. I would recommit if you are planning on using it in the off season you notify the host prior to checkin. Also an instruction book for use of hot tub and wood fireplace...

'The property was nice, excellent loaction close to the water. There was a lack of certain amenities, like extra toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and towels. Overall it was a great place to stay with a large group.'

'We had issues trying to check-in. The driveway was not plowed and dangerous for one of the guests with a cane. The walkway not shoveled and steps icy. Trash can broken, plates in cupboard were wet and gross, wifi not working - no password didn't work; and no checkout instructions provided despite being asked multiple times'
